Military Group Donation Benefits Almost Seven Thousand Students

The United States Military Group donated school supplies and construction materials to six schools in the departments of San Salvador and Cuscatlan. Each school received a package worth $3000. The donation will benefit 6775 students.
 
The six schools chosen to benefit from the donation were the venues where El Salvador and the US carried out Medical Readiness Training Exercises (MEDRETES) during the first semester of 2009. While the MEDRETES were taking place, the Military Group realized the needs the schools had. Each school then presented a list of their prioritized needs and that is how the donation was conceived.
