JTF Bravo team is helping transport the USAID donated disaster relief supplies to the damaged areas.

On November 12, a 45 member team from Joint Task Force Bravo (JTFB) stationed in Soto Cano, Honduras, started disaster relief missions in isolated and damaged areas of El Salvador such as Santa María Ostuma, in La Paz, and Verapaz, in San Vicente.

The team arrived in El Salvador at the request of the Salvadoran government. Using  four JTFB helicopters -- three Black Hawks, one of which is a medical helicopter, and a Chinook, which is able to transport heavy loads of cargo—they are  supporting the emergency actions carried out by the Salvadoran Air Force.
