Please keep in mind that overseas posts have no authority over fee increases and all comments should be directed in the following manner:

Persons may submit comments by going to the regulations.gov website at: http://www.regulations.gov/index.cfm

Comments can also be sent via email to fees@state.gov. You must include the RIN (1400-AC58) in the subject line of your message.
