For emergency appointments only, please contact the American Citizens Services unit by phone at (503) 2501-2628 during normal business hours.
For your convenience and the convenience of our other customers, the ACS Unit requests that only those persons who have American Citizen Service needs come into the waiting room. Friends and relatives not having business with the Unit should wait outside the Embassy, or arrange to meet their party after his/her American Citizen Services business has been conducted.
For many of the ACS services available, it is required to come in person, due to the fact that many inquiries are complex and cannot be resolved over the phone.
If you need to contact us, please call (503) 2501-2628. For recorded information, please dial (503) 2501-2600. You may also contact us by
